Why should I get a Home Inspection?

AS A BUYER: It is very important that you have a complete and accurate report on the present condition of this property. The finding of this inspection could provide the insight you need to make the best comprehensive decision.

AS A SELLER: A pre-listing inspection could provide important information on the present condition of your home and how it could affect the sale. Many of the problems found could be fixed or replaced before the closing, maintaining the highest value of your home.

Banks and Mortgage Lenders require certain tests to be run on homes they finance.

Q) What are the water tests for?
A) Tests for coliform bacteria (is the cause of gastro intestinal illness), Lead (known to cause brain damage in children, Nitrate and Nitrite (can cause methemoglobinemia and 'blue baby syndrome').

Q) Why do you need a Radon test?
A) Radon is a colorless and oderless gas that is the second leading cause of lung cancer in the US.
